We welcome constructive comments and suggestions for improving our service to patients. Any suggestions or comments can be made to one of the doctors, practice manager or put in the suggestion box. The practice operates a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. If you wish to complain about any of our services, put this in writing or verbally to the Practice Manager. However if the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can make a formal complaint by contacting NHS England on 03003112233 or The Health Service Ombudsman on 03450154033.
